Pre-POUR Inspection

A pre-pour inspection, also known as a phase 1 inspection, is a critical step in the new construction process, giving you the opportunity to catch potential issues before they’re hidden beneath tons of concrete. Conducted after the site excavation, formwork, vapor barrier, plumbing rough-ins, and rebar reinforcement are set—but right before the foundation concrete is poured—this inspection allows us to evaluate the ground preparation, plumbing penetrations, tension cables, and structural framing setup.
